About Me

Salem is my home. I believe that together, we can shape a Salem that future generations will be proud to inherit.

As a proud graduate of McKay High School, I've maintained a deep connection to our community throughout the years. Following high school, I embarked on a journey of higher education, earning a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Western Oregon and subsequently broadening my horizons with an MBA from Western Governors University. This educational voyage has equipped me with a versatile skill set that will allow me to serve our community more effectively.

Family is the cornerstone of my life. I’ve been happily married for 15 years, and together with my wife, we’re raising three incredible children. My wife is a dedicated teacher in the Salem-Keizer public school system, and we share a deep commitment to making our community the best possible place for families to thrive.

Throughout the years, I have assumed various professional roles. I spent five fulfilling years at Salem Hospital acquiring insights into healthcare and administration and for the last decade I’ve worked as a Realtor, guiding working-class families to their dream homes. As a small business owner, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and opportunities within our local economy.

My commitment to our community extends beyond my professional roles. I’ve been an active participant in various community groups, always aiming to bring about positive change. My involvement in these groups has allowed me to connect with diverse members of our community and understand their unique perspectives.

Currently, I have the honor of serving on the Citizen Review Board for the Oregon Justice Department. In this capacity I review DHS cases, ensuring transparency and fairness in every decision.

I am not just a city council candidate; I am a member of this community and am dedicated to its growth and prosperity.
